Ducktails is a respected, therapist-owned-and-operated pediatric outpatient clinic providing exemplary physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for children from 0 to 21 years of age.

Established in 2005, Ducktails is a caring and professional environment that fosters a collaborative relationship between parents, children, physicians, and therapists. We strive to provide care in a nurturing, welcoming, and supportive environment that empowers every child and encourages them to play and interact. how enrollment works

Children coming to Ducktails are generally referred by a physician or pediatrician. We recommend talking to your child’s doctor if you need a referral. Once you have a referral, click here to download our New Patient Packet that you can fill out and email back to us or print  and bring with you on your initial visit. You should also attach and/or bring with you insurance information  and be prepared to remit a co-payment if necessary. 

evaluation

During an initial appointment, a therapist will meet with your child and perform a professional assessment — including achievement appraisals of developmental milestones — to determine what services, if any, are needed. Any services desired can then be regularly scheduled. Your child’s responsible self-sufficiency and autonomy is the goal that we continuously strive for. With effective intervention and positive reinforcement, we can help them get there.
